High Summer in Melbourne is characterised by warm weather and an abundance of food. The summer solstice is the longest day of the year and congregation around water is a common theme.
“Helles Rad” is a light lager (or “Helles Leicht”) inspired by German Radler and brewed with undermodified pilsner malt, Saaz and Galaxy hops, passionfruit and Bavarian lager yeast. Designed for ease of drinking and refreshment - especially at feasts and festivities.
