Reesha Ring

Product description

In Tatreez (Palestinian cross-stitch embroidery), the Reesha motif represents feathers, and is often stitched in repetition along an edge or border. For this ring I used the marriage of metals technique (one of my personal favorite techniques) to merge 10k yellow and white gold to make one band, then hand engraved the Reesha motif around the entire ring. This sturdy 6.25mm band has a matte finish on the outside to contrast with the glittering engravings, and high-polished on the inside, with a comfort-fit edge.
