GARLAND is a guest-edited biannual literary magazine by fifth wheel press. Named for a garland of sonnets, this magazine will be exclusively shaped by fifth wheel press community members. Twice a year, we invite a guest editor or collaborative editorial team to curate an issue based on their vision.

Call: "For queer people, religion can be complicated. Some religious institutions are affirming, others are not, but everyone’s experience with religion is nuanced. Conversations about queerness in religious contexts often exclude queer people. We want to create an interfaith space for you to join that conversation. Send us all your poetry and prose in, around, pro, and anti religion—devotion, questions, prayers, manifestos, confessions, and new sacred texts."
