Due to our quick turnaround time for engravable custom items, we are unable to make any changes to the spelling once the order has been placed. We strongly advise reviewing your order details carefully before submitting it. Please allow 1-2 business days for us to hand-engrave your piece before shipping it out. If your order includes both a hand-engraved and a cutout custom piece and it is being shipped within the United States, please note that we will ship them separately upon request. However, if your order is being shipped internationally, we will ship them together, which may take 15-20 days to arrive.
