Concocting this blend was inspired by my parents. They harvest ginger and turmeric on their farms back in Tonga. My parents retired and left to return to our islands to live out their retirement and farm. They also own and run a farmer's market in their village, which helps to bring what is harvested to the market. 

Coconut (Niu in Tongan) has always been a longstanding fruit in Pacific cultures. We use coconut in almost everything, but the benefits make this fruit a staple in our households. Turmeric (Ango enga in Tongan) is widely known for its anti-inflammatory benefits. Ginger root (Sinisa in Tongan) has numerous benefits that help aid digestion. 


Paired with the kava root, these ingredients made for a more health-conscious blend. 

With hints of cinnamon and cardamom, the new coconut, turmeric, and ginger will capture your heart.
