All of our steaks are cut for 1 1/2 inch thickness, so individual steak weights can vary significantly based on the different length of each cut. Each cut for sale on our website can be selected from within a weight range.
Tangen Draw meats are all dry aged for tenderness. Each of our products are weighed, vacuum packaged and frozen to satisfy our meticulous quality standards for direct shipment to customers.
