Author: Manpreet Singh Ahuja 

A professional Chef for over 25 years, Manpreet Singh has worked in a range of hospitality and food service operations internationally. He has thrice been a finalist nominee at the UK's Craft Guild of Chefs Awards. An active educator, he has been teaching Sikh history and Panjabi to children of various age groups for nearly 15 years. He coaches students on Panjabi reading, writing, speaking and listening and is also involved in preparing recognised assessment papers. Illustrator: Anantjeet Kaur 

Anantjeet Kaur is an independent illustrator and graphic designer from Delhi. She graduated in graphic design, English literature, and learnt illustration from the best at Riyaaz Academy. A varied life experience, love for travel, and her Sikh roots propel her imagination in a unique way. She is often spotted sketching during kirtan in a gurudwara. When not sketching, she surreptitiously observes children and tries to live life just as uninhibited!
