Thick leather ends - double stitched and riveted.
1" x 1/4" harness leather strap encircle each pack saddle pannier bag..
Made from #4 duck canvas, (24 oz)
Leather reinforced at all wear points.
Flaps on each side of horse canvas panniers lid to keep out rain and snow. A must for all horse packing gear.
1" x 1/4" harness leather adjustable loop straps.
Insert 23"L x 16"H x 11"D  are inside pannier bags, insert NOT included in this horse pack gear.

Note: Even though inserts are wider than pannier bags, inserts fit inside these horse panniers.
