Select release from Siempre’s single barrel program, aged 8 months exclusively in Bordeaux Sauternes casks.  Bordeaux Sauternes is a sweet French wine made from Sémillon, sauvignon blanc, and muscadelle grapes which have been allowed to dry partially, resulting in a highly concentrated and distinct flavor.
