Avoid blurry photos – The higher the resolution, the better. We allow uploads up to 64MB per photo, we want to see a happy & clear photo of your furbaby :) We love funny and expressive pics of your pets. If you have any special requests please don't forget to note them prior to placing your order. If you have more questions, please send us a message. How many furbabies can I put on the socks? Ideally, we recommend putting two pets on the socks, max. This will avoid clutter and improve clarity, but if you want we can always accommodate your request. If you decide to put two pets or more on the socks, please check the option for multiple faces. This will incur an additional charge of $2.99 per image. If you are not sure which picture works best, you may upload both pictures and we'll choose the better one for you. My image was uploaded sideways, what do I do? No worries, our designers have your back. They will adjust the photo for you. It's best if you upload an original photo without any adjustments.  That way we can edit them to look best with our socks. Quality & Order Processing Are the socks machine washable? Yes Absolutely! They're machine washable but aren't bleach safe. PLEASE DO NOT WASH WITH BLEACH. Although we use superior quality ink and a proprietary technique of sublimation printing, the initial wash will wash off excess ink. This is normal, the socks will retain their vibrancy as long as you wash them in cold water. For additional information, please message us. What are your shipping options? We design, print and ship your custom socks within 2-3 business days from the time your order is placed. Please note: If you order on Friday, your order will be shipped on the following Monday. FedEx does not pick up from us on weekends. You can choose "Rush Order" option at checkout if you need your order processing to be expedited to next business day. Flat rate shipping delivery will take 3-5 days business days from the time it is shipped. International shipping takes roughly 2-3 weeks. Once your order is designed - you will get an e-mail with the status update. After that - your order will be printed and shipped in 2-3 Business day. You will get tracking information the following day and another status update e-mail will follow.
