The Berd RD35 wheels rule all roads with an unmatched combination of lightweight and riding performance. The RD35 carbon rims have a depth of 35 mm to provide aerodynamics for endurance rides, yet the entire wheelset weight is less than 1,300 grams. From climbing to criteriums to off-road gravel rides, these wheels can do it all. With 28 Berd spokes on each of the front and rear wheels, the RD35 wheelset is built to last.
Berd spokes provide 200% better vibration damping than metal spokes. Berd spokes provide an unparalleled smooth riding experience that is unobtainable with conventional spokes, at no expense to power transfer when you need it most. Ride further and faster with less fatigue.
RD35 wheels come built around our flagship Berd Talon Road hubs, along with black Industry Nine Solix Centerlock hubs or Onyx Vesper Hook Flange hubs. The Onyx option is available in 12x142 (Including SingleSpeed),12x148, and 12x157 SuperBoost rear spacing. Please allow up to 4-6 weeks for delivery of Onyx Vesper Hook Flange wheels.

TECHNOLOGY

Berd spokes are made from an advanced polymer called ultra high molecular weight polyethylene (UHMWPE) that has 12 times the strength-to-weight ratio of steel and floats on water. Berd spokes have an improved fatigue life compared to steel and are impervious to the elements.
