Key course concepts include:
· Mental preparation & athlete for life mindset
· Athletic assessments & team testing
· Nervous system activation & game day preparation
· Plyometric progression (slow vs fast SSC)
· SAQ (speed agility & quickness) & dynamic warm-ups
. 1st step quickness & change of directions
· Athletic power (rate of force) &loaded movement (agile strength)
· Heart-rate & repeated sprint interval training (work to rest intervals)
· Resiliency & Fascial training
