FLAVORSEach flavor profile and ingredients are found here. All our cheeses are made with love and intention, using organic ingredients.
PRODUCT CARERemove from the shipping boxes, keep sealed in its cheese paper, and put in the refrigerator upon arrival. Lasts in the fridge for 45 days, in the freezer for 6 months. All SriMu cheese wheels freeze beautifully. Simply thaw 30 min before serving.
PACKAGINGWe are now shipping all our products in eco friendly boxes. If you want to upgrade your order to include our black gift boxes (as seen in the pictures), please see the option in the drop down menu.

We ship in sustainable, temperature controlled insulation to ensure your box arrives cold. Each wheel is handmade and aged.
