Train 5 to 10 hours per week
Swim 200m non-stop, bike for 60 minutes & run for 40 minutes

An Olympic distance triathlon involves a 1.5km swim, a 40km bike and a 10km run. If you’re not quite ready for the full 12 week program, take a look at our 8 week training plan for beginners. Or if swimming isn’t your thing - we also offer duathlon plans.
