If you live in New York, chances are you have driven on the BQE––a pothole-pocked stretch of pavement winding its way through Brooklyn and Queens, built by Robert Moses in the 1940’s and ’50’s and “under construction” ever since. It is an expressway in name only. Like its namesake thoroughfare, our BQE Espresso is also “always under construction”––intentionally.
