**Please note: a minimum of 24 hours notice is needed for pick ups within the same week. Orders for Tuesday pick up close at 11.59pm Sunday night. Orders for Thursday pick up close 11:59pm Tuesday night. If you order after this time, you will receive your box the following week.**

Detailed pick up instructions can be found here. 
Pick up is available from Ocean Grove or Drysdale pick up points: 

Tuesdays from Lard Ass Butter, Ocean Grove; order by Sunday 11:59pm for pickup on the following Tuesday, 9am - 4pm. 

Thursdays from Bellarine Secondary College, Drysdale; order by Tuesday at 11:59pm for pickup on the following Thursday. If you are ordering to BSC, please specify in the notes section of your order who will be picking up. To minimise traffic and disruption at school, pick up windows are Thursdays:

7:30am - 8:30am
11:30am - 12:30pm
4:00pm - 6:00pm

We offer a subscription box to guarantee your supply of seasonal, fresh produce for 10 weeks. Check out our Large Subscription Box.

If you are delayed on pick up day and cannot pick up your box during the designated time, please let us know at [email protected].

1. What’s typically included in the box?
Our boxes comprise 12-15 items of seasonal vegetables and herbs. The produce varies depending on the season and availability. Autumn/winter boxes will contain veggies like: cauliflower, potatoes, broccoli, carrots, beetroot, pumpkin, kale, peas, chard, spinach, lettuce, leeks, onions, radish, capsicum, eggplant, chilli, sweet potato, cabbage, celery, turnip, snow peas, herbs, fennel, garlic, oranges, lemons, limes.
We always strive to provide high quality, delicious veggies and to avoid food waste, we may include 'ugly' or superficially damaged produce, which should still be nutrient-packed and taste amazing.
Unfortunately, given we are a small team, we cannot offer box customisation at this stage. 
2. Do you offer delivery?
We only offer pick up (See above: Pick up details)
3. What if I’m not satisfied with the quality of the produce in the box? 
Your satisfaction is important to us. If you receive produce that does not meet your expectations, please contact our customer support team on +61 431 583 354. We will work to resolve the issue, which may include offering a replacement or a refund.
