Cultural Practices: Non-GMO. The fruit is tree harvested. This means it is not gassed in our packing facility, so it retains its natural color, and we do not have to treat the fruit with fungicide because of this. Despite the color of the rind, the fruit is ready to consume when you receive it.
Storage: Keep fruit at room temperature for 1 week or refrigerated wrapped in paper for up to three weeks. Extract the vesicles and enjoy frozen for up to 2 years.
