Q. Why are there multiple shipping charges?

A. Unfortunately the large acrylic stands require their own rigid box mailer to prevent breakages during shipping, and the prints require their own flat document mailer to prevent warping, whereas everything else can be shipped in a padded envelope mailer. The box mailers are tightly fitted and can only accommodate the large stands.

Q. Why is shipping so expensive?

A. Everything is mailed out from Australia, and so far there's no budget independent shipping companies located here that can help reduce shipping costs. The packages have to go through the country's main postal system which can be pricey, especially when sending internationally.

Q. What happens if I'm ordering something on pre-order along with something in stock?

A. The package will be shipped out the moment all items in the cart are ready, so the wait time would be however long it takes for the pre-ordered items to arrive. If pressed for time, consider splitting your order!
