Mouthfeel: Smooth, clean, rounded, viscous, warming alcohol
 
Brewed in collaboration with the team at Carwyn Cellars. With smooth roast, soft bitterness, lush mouthfeel and good length this complex and quaffable Imperial Stout was designed for whisky barrel ageing and is ripe for adulteration. 
This iteration has been aged 20 months in American oak bourbon barrels ex Jim Beam.
