Details  Hoka has added 3mm of cushion to their best-selling running shoe while reducing the weight by 4 grams. The Women's Clifton 9 is now more responsive and durable due to an improved outsole design. Hoka removed overlays and hot-melts, creating a stripped back upper that has been consciously crafted with a plusher heel, reflective heel panel, and streamlined tongue with single-side medial gusset.

·Durabrasion rubberThe improved outsole has increased durability compared to previous models and allows for a larger range of flex points to improve toe off responsiveness at higher tempos.   · Vegan Engineered Knit UpperThe upper on the Women's Clifton 9 has a friendlier fit by removing the hotmelts and overlays that some runners felt made upper stiff and unforgiving. The tongue has been streamlined for a better fit around the ankle. · Compressed Molded EVA MidsoleHoka replaced the Full Compression EVA with CMEVA midsole used in many popular Hoka models. The new midsole allows Hoka to add 3mm of additional cushion without adding weight.
