The caffeine is removed from these single-origin Colombian coffee beans using a sugar cane process.  This process is 100% natural and removes only the caffeine.  All the other important compounds of the bean that make for a delicious cup of coffee are kept intact, creating the best cup of decaf we have ever tried.
