About Emani:
Christian ‘Emaniʼ Terry-Smith is an American music producer, composer, and artist based in Los Angeles. Spurred into his musical journey through playing piano and singing at church, and his artist/producer stepfatherʼs stories and music lessons, Emani soon found his voice in Hip-Hop - inspired by the likes of Q-Tip, J Dilla, and Dr. Dre. After several years of working as a session player, Emani had a fated encounter with legendary producer DJ Battlecat who took him under his wing and encouraged him to make his own compositions. In recent years, Emani has worked with Joey Bada$$, Rapper Big Pooh, and Mick Jenkins, and has produced multi-million streaming songs for up and coming acts including Ryan Trey and Trent the HOOLiGAN.
