Lime juice is exposed to a dehydration process by means of a spray dryer. Lime powder contains encapsulants that maintain the natural smell and flavor of limes. It is a fine powder of light green color tending to white, obtained from natural lime juice. It has a slightly bitter taste, characteristic of Mexican lime.

Uses: Catering, industrial canteens, restaurants and as raw material for the bakery food industry.

 

Great for: Limeade, drink mixes, salsas, meat marinades, guacamole, smoothies, desserts, tea, yogurt, salads, seafood, snacks, mayonnaise, and much more.
