What's the difference between the one-year and three-year calendars?
The majority of LCMS congregations follow one of two lectionary cycles, so we designed two calendars in order to accommodate both with their slight differences in holy days.
At this time we are unable to offer the lectionary readings for the three-year cycle, so the one-year calendar includes the readings for the Sundays of the Church year and major feasts while the three-year calendar does not.
